There is nothing  users can return to us to ensure that users will not continue using the script after they have requested a refund. You should  thoroughly test the Demo of the product you are interested in purchasing. Ask any questions before making your purchase. If you  have any reservations about server compatibility, please contact the sales staff with your questions.
  All the software has been tested under windows servers having ASP 3.0. installed and the following components:

  -Microsoft.XMLHTTP ( Apply to : Link exchange all versions)

  -File System Objects (FSO) ( Apply to : Link exchange Pro & Featured)

  -CDOSYS or Jmail Or ASPEMAIL ( Apply to ALL downloadable Products )

  . Full support is provided when running in the above environment. We do not accept any responsibility under other environments and  cannot offer support for other environments. Please be advised, if you buy the package it is at your own risk.We can't be held  responsable for malfunctions in your hosting ... we could offer you instead a cheap hosting where our scripts work 100% correct for  only 50-100 USD/year depending by your requests and features.

  We could issue an refund if following conditions are meet:

  -You download and test the Test Components and they worked fine but for some reasons our script didn't work after you buy'it. In  the event of difficulties we must be given full FTP and HTTP access to investigate and resolve any issues on your server.

  Refunds are issued at the discretion of the SoftAcid Management within 30-days period after date of purchase. In your claim, please,  include explanation of reasons for a refund, and your order information. Prior to ordering, please, make sure you have carefully read  and understood the product's system requirements. If you are not sure about product compatibility, or have questions about product  features, please contact our Client Support Service.
  All inquiries are absolutely FREE. Upon confirmation of your request for a refund, you must also destroy all copies of the software you  may have made or stored in any place, as well as uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where you  have installed the software. All licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the  software will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights. No refunds are issued for provided services  (including product installation, customization and software development) if provided services meet predefined specifications.

   2.Apply to Hosted Services:

 As you'll not have access to our sensitive information and source code we will give you refund on request.
 We will like to know the reason for this and we will make all our best to don't loose our customers.
 Please always before order a hosted service take a look at all the specifications , demo and fell free to ask any question you may have  about the product you intend to rent.
 In case of a refund request we will not refund the setup fees , installation fees. We will not refund the monthly fee for the current  month. You'll get the monthly fee refund starting with the next month until the month you already paid.
