Our experience with SoftAcid has been more than pleasurable. The service team are seemingly always at hand to deal with our requests, and when we have requested alterations or additional services they've been updated to our system in a more than satisfactory timescale. Our product feels personalised to our needs and the assistance during the installation process was made easy by the SoftAcid team, even down to aesthetic details! Overall we're delighted with our new system, our bookings are manageable through the filters in admin, the guests can instantly see our availability and we can process and track payments more efficiently.
